Microdermabrasion

 

Is a mechanical exfoliation based on the safe and controlled removal of the epidermis, layer by layer, without the use of messy crystals.

 

The Diamond Tip abrasion method uses various size heads which allow the therapist to treat all target areas, even around the eyes.

There are 3 types of abrasive Tip:

-High Grade (100) - Sun Damaged, Tough, Thick and Leathery Skin

-Medium Grade (200) - Average Skin Tone and Texture

-Low Grade (250) - To be used on Soft, Thin and Brittle Skin

 

Diamond tip abrasion system is quick and painless and will rejuvenate and regenerate your skin. Following the moderate removal of the top layers of the epidermis there will be a period of increased growth of new skin cells. The new cells will travel outwards and replace the old dead cells that have been removed by microdermabrasion.

Most crystal based therapy leaves the client with tender skin as the treatment can be very harsh on the sensitive base layer. With a dimond tip exfoliation is a gradual process and there is no risk of deep, unequal exfoliation or scarring.

 

MicroPeel (Microdermabrasion & Chemical Peel Combo)

 

This results-driven facial treatment uses a combination of mechanical exfoliation (microdermabrasion) and chemical exfoliation to brighten, smooth and clear the skin. This signature treatment is best for those looking to get the glow back to their skin and is the best maintenance facial for those in their 30’s and 40’s. It is also great for acne-prone and oily skin types.  Microdermabrasion is performed first and then the chemical peel best for your skin is applied to the skin. For a no downtime treatment, a Glycolic or AHA Peel is used. For a deeper exfoliation, a Jessners, TCA or Acne Peel is used. If one of these peels is used the skin will be flaky for 3-5 days
